I moved in about six months ago, and I have nothing but great things to say about this apartment community! Tara in the office has been amazing from the very beginning. She was so kind, helpful, and made the application and approval process very easy and stress-free. Also, anytime I've put in a maintenance request, they have responded quickly and taken care of it right away. The community is very quiet, which I really appreciate, and I've truly enjoyed living here so far! My apartment is the perfect size for me and my small dog, and it's very affordable compared to other places in the area. Having an in-unit washer and dryer is a huge bonus, and all of the appliances are in great condition. I also love the hardwood floors and new carpet--they make the apartment feel very clean and comfortable. Overall, I'm so happy I chose to live here. Thank you for providing such a wonderful, affordable place to call home!

I recently moved in to the community and I love it here the management team is super knowledgeable and very helpful, the property is very clean and has the most wonderful trees almost like living in tahoe, I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking in the citrus heights area.

My family and I love it here at Arborelle! The staff is so kind, friendly and if I need anything they are always quick to take care of it. This place has a really nice playground for kids and is a gated community!!! Neighbors are friendly too. I love my layout of my apartment and how we get to make our patios cute! This apartment changed my life!! I love it so much that I don’t plan to move.

I just recently moved from El Dorado County back to Sac County. I just moved into this complex, but it is a beautiful, quiet - yet bustling neighborhood in the heart of Citrus. The management deeply cares about their residents and is always keeping in touch with you if you need anything. I would highly recommend moving to this apartment for yourself, or your family if it accommodates you! :)

Arborelle is such a pleasant place to live. I have lived here for the past 5 years and I am extremely pleased with management. Tara and Crystal are very patient with me and have helped me with any questions I have and request in a very timely manner. I am also very please with maintenance, Sean is amazing and beyond helpful!!! Thank you Arborelle Management for your hard work.

A shout out to the management, Tara and Chrystal at Arborelle apartments along with their professional maintenance team. I have lived here for over a year, and can tell you the tenants are great, all of us here are a small community who reach out to one another making sure we are doing ok or just a friendly hello! Management provide activities for all such as ice cream socials, donut Thursday and ugly Christmas sweater party. The surroundings of this property are beautiful! Large trees throughout and manicured lawns. The maintenance is always completing maintenance requests in a timely manner, and jobs well done. I don’t have anything bad to say about living here, I love it , this is my home!
