Without a doubt the worst apartment complex we ever lived in. I would give it zero stars if I could. Rude office staff, homeless people, stuff stolen out of my truck, state services/police in there on the regular. We literally watched a person get beat up in front of our window one night. On top of that when we moved out we spent countless hours cleaning our apartment top to bottom for them to take most of our deposit anyways. Only move in here if you have no other choice.

Office staff is horrible. Kids go around the playground and pool unattended. Trash everywhere. Homeless people go through garbage bins all times of the day.

My friend filled out contact card online a few months ago and the auto reply said â someone will contact you within 24 hoursâ or something like that. She never received a call. An email, nothing. Is this a management thing?

My vehicle was broken into 3 times. The first two were smash and grabs. The third was an attempted vehicle theft. My steering column and key lock were destroyed.

I give them a 1 due to lack of communication. How I turn information in on time. I wait 1 1/2 weeks to go by and the due date to move in Im denied over income I do not receive on a regular payment? Homeless single mother. The staff did not leave no messages. A cell phone do not have a dial tone it not land line. I wasn't reach by email or even left a voice mail. I have never been treated like this from any apartments. I will be taking this legal because the method on application processing is not right. It hurts to tell your child we do not have a home. I been homeless but making it the best way I could for almost 2 months now.
