Nice office staff, Horrible pest Control time schedules. was denied treatment or spray for a year. around recertification. Over all this is my Perspective. Office Staff dose Make every Attempt to resolve issues most concerns are just beyond there controll Maintenance dose an Outstanding Job When Requested. Summary: Hefty Charges For Maintenance Repair. Too many cops at this property unsafe for kids not to be traumatized by cops everywhere daily

I am hoping to get on the waiting list!! I spoke with Whitney and she was very patient and kind and sweet. She took all my info for a leasing agent to call me. She also sent me the Virtual your. I am very impressed!!!

Lana and Sarah are ultra nice and very professional. I wish I qualified to move in but I earn a little too muchð That's good for me in terms of income (just barely), but not enough to qualify for a little more expensive apt.ð

We have been living in this complex for 4+ years and the office staff and maintenance has always been quick to respond to all of our needs. Neighborhood is so nice and calm and we enjoy that there are so many families that live here. Thanks Arborelle Staff your the best!

These Apartments are hardly low income. The process of approval was so painstaking, over the top, and stressful for my wife and I. They decided that we are PROJECTED to make much more money this year, and denied us on that basis. When I inquired about how they came to this conclusion they told me that it's "confidential" information. How can my financial info be confidential to me? The number they projected was nearly triple the reality of our income of last year. Neither my wife or I have received any sort of raises or promotions at our place of employment. I cant believe a so called low income housing apartment complex would base their approval off of PROJECTED INCOME, rather than the reality of our financial situation. Thanks for keeping us waiting on the edge of our seat for nearly a month while you meticulously dissected unnecessary aspects of our life, hounded our employers and kept our housing situation up in the air for much longer than it needed to be.

I am not fond of the tenants. People not very nice. Very long wait list and Jamboree closed down so no place for kids to go after school. Rents went up. Gated but one side always open.
